Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finish Carpenter/Remodeling Specialist to handle high-end finish work and remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of finish carpentry, drywall installation and finishing, and comprehensive remodeling work. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to deliver superior craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute high-quality finish carpentry work, including trim, molding, and cabinet installation. Perform complete drywall services, including hanging, taping, finishing, and texturing. Handle residential and commercial remodeling projects from demolition to completion. Install doors, windows, and hardware with precision and attention to detail. Conduct precise measurements and cuts to ensure accurate installation of all materials. Work independently while coordinating with other trades when necessary. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout project duration. Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and building codes. Complete punch-out lists and final detail work to client specifications.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in finish carpentry and remodeling work. Expert-level knowledge of drywall installation and finishing techniques. Proven experience with trim work, cabinetry, and millwork installation. Strong understanding of construction methods and building materials. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience with both residential and commercial projects. Excellent problem-solving and mathematical skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license. Own professional-grade tools required.

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Rough Carpenter Foreman to manage, guide, and oversee carpentry teams for both residential and commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will be capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring high standards of craftsmanship. This role requires hands-on experience with all aspects of rough carpentry, including framing, structural installations, and remodeling work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage carpentry teams on job sites for both new construction and remodeling projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure proper execution of building layouts and structures.
- Lead by example and ensure work is done efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate with other trades and subcontractors on-site to ensure seamless project completion.
- Ensure all carpentry tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Perform hands-on carpentry work as needed, including framing, installing structural components, to include some finish carpentry skills, to include installing windows and doors, siding , drywall, base and trim and other construction tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Florida building codes, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections of work areas and materials to ensure quality control.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a rough carpenter with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in the field.
- Previous experience as a foreman or supervisor in residential and commercial construction is required.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and architectural drawings.
- Skilled in framing, structural carpentry, and remodeling work.
- Experience with both residential and commercial projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

As an Estimator/Sales Representative, you will be the face of our company, working closely with clients to assess project needs, provide accurate estimates, and build lasting relationships. Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for roofing and general construction projects.
- Meet with clients on-site to evaluate project requirements and offer tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with project managers and field crews to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up on leads and inquiries.
